I gained this title at the all knowing age of 18 years old. My son is now a savage teenager. Raised as a gentleman with the kindest heart. We together have struggled with the walk of mastering dyslexia. Watching him develop his gifts has been the greatest gift to me in this journey.
Coach
My purpose as a coach is to cultivate warriors progressing and pursuing an immense essence of themselves that has yet been discovered, so that a culture is created for each of us to serve others in honoring our creator. This might look different to each individual, but together, we will facilitate hope, intention, willingness, and plans to move forward.
Nurse
RN, CCRN- specializing from the ER, ICU, and the recovery room. Advancing In my career from charge nurse to house supervisor. Serving those on the worst days of their lives is where I have met a place between humbleness and the appreciating the value of life itself.
Body Builder
The name of this game is consistency evolving a piece of art, which is your body and mind. This is where my discipline has shined. Where I have learned to show up for myself. This journey helped me highlight the drive I have, to help others be their best self. Currently Nationally qualified in the NPC figure division and pushing for more.

My Journey to Valore
My healing journey started over 3 years ago. After experiencing multiple unhealthy relationships and completing nursing school as a single boy mom, I began voluntary counseling. I dug deep into past pains and began to learn a lot about myself. Personally, I realized that even when life seems good, I still need to continue to pay attention to my spiritual and mental health. I continue to let life flow with grace of giving my best. I strive to stay on top of grace, self-love, and most importantly keeping my creator close. It’s an evolving journey of progression, not perfection. Each day I center on being free to be a happy human and live life to its fullest.
