I’m Eryn

My passion for healthcare has taken me on a 7-year journey of being on the front lines. I started as a nurse tech in the Emergency Department, rocked the surgical/trauma ICU as a charge nurse, and now I’m the House Supervisor at a community trauma hospital. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact every day. But let’s be real, my most challenging and rewarding role is being a mom to my little boy. When I’m not saving lives or being a boy mom, you can find me tasting delicious lattes at my local coffee shop, rocking cute fits at the gym, or trying out a new restaurant. I’m excited to connect with you and help you discover your best self!

1:1 Coaching

One on one coaching options for anyone looking to transform their life from every aspect. Work directly with me for nutrition guidance, customized workouts and mindfulness training. 

Mindfulness Training

Practice of daily alignment with the mind, body, and spirit to your personal goals and becoming your best self. Mindset plays the biggest role in progression. We will work together to bridge the internal and external gaps.

Workout Plans

Pre-orchestrated workout plans to help you get started. All workout plans include training logs for tracking individual progress. Plus, option to book a consultation for a customized plan toward your specific goals.

– 45 minute ‘Meet & Greet’
– Intake questionnaire
– Discuss personal goals and plans
– Find out if we are a good fit and create a customized wellness plan moving forward.

Consultation fee can be applied to your purchase.

  • Customized Workout Consultation

3. Routine Check Ins

Schedule routine check ins based on your individual maintenance needs, progression and duration of overall goals. This will look different for each individual. Included for 1:1 coaching plans only.

Customized and Pre-built Workout Plans have trackers for you to log and see your progression. Check in with yourself.

Why is there a consultation fee?

As a coach, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your health goals and live your best life. This takes time and expertise, which is why a consultation fee is necessary. It also allows us to establish a professional relationship and ensure that we are a good fit for each other. During the consultation, we will discuss your health history, lifestyle habits, and goals to determine the best course of action.

Which option is best for me?

1:1 Plan is best for specific goals in mind such as a vacation, wedding, or overall health. Recommend a strong willingness to show up, put in the work and be accountable to yourself and coach.

Customized Plans are targeted for athletes, sports, body building, etc. Good for improving mobility and focusing on activity.

Pre-built Plans are best for progressing with budget in mind. Affordable plans for implementing different techniques.
